아웃바운드 인증
Outbound Auth는 AgentCore Gateway가 AgentCore Runtime의 MCP 서버를 호출할 때 사용하는 서버 간 인증과 권한 부여 흐름입니다. AgentCore Identity에 Amazon Cognito의 OAuth Client 정보를 등록하고 OAuth 2.0 토큰을 발급받아 MCP 서버 요청에 전달합니다.
